Electro-hydraulic plough discharger is based on electro-hydraulic push rod as power source, through the push rod extended to drive the plow head down, and then through the connecting rod mechanism to lift the lifting roller group at the same time, the lower edge of the plow and the lower belt surface are closely fitted, so to push belt materials into the required place, after the discharge completed, the driving rod retracted, so that the plow head is lifted up, and the lifting roller group is lowered through the connecting rod mechanism. Let the material pass smoothly.

Our plough unloader features are as follows:
a, Most of the structure adopts mechanical connection, especially connecting rod mechanism, which relatively reduces friction and extends the service life (up to 5-10 years without replacement);
b, Electro-hydraulic push rod as power source, strong overload capacity, self-locking, no leakage;
C. The plow plate of the main plow and the flip plate of the air lock funnel are made of high chromium manganese wear-resistant materials, and the small plow head is made of grinding rubber plate, which greatly reduces the maintenance workload and thus saves the cost.
d, The drive part of the electro-hydraulic push rod has two installation forms, (1) the electro-hydraulic push rod is placed on the upper part of the coal distributor, (2) the electro-hydraulic push rod is placed on the lower side of the coal distributor, convenient for users.
