Product Description
The specialized spiral conveyor for the food industry is a fully open cover design, allowing for a 360-degree unobstructed exposure of the material. It is matched with an high-pressure water gun for efficient cleaning. The driving system use a latch-type quick connection structure, ensuring stable torque transmission while enabling rapid disassembly. The drive end is connected via a latch link, and an axless support in the intermediate section and a sliding bearing for terminal positioning. The quick-release latch facilitates instant separation of the spiral blades from the shell, solving the issue of cleaning dead spots in transmission equipment.
