The falling of liner, sharp iron adsorbed by iron remover and improper installation of sweeper may cause tearing and scraping of conveyor belt. Ordinary conveyor belt has no lateral protection structure and cannot prevent tearing.
4. Tearing of industrial conveyor belt caused by material blocking. The transfer chute is small, which can easily hinder the passage of materials and impurities and cause the conveyor belt to tear.

5. Belt tearing caused by imperfect structure of belt conveyor. Due to the imperfect structure of belt conveyor, the drop point of conveyor belt has a large drop, the relative speed of impurities in coal flow is large, the impact force is large, and sharp, hard and long impurities are easy to insert into the conveyor belt at the drop point, causing the conveyor belt to tear.
